Which countries do you offer IP’s from?

Can I add additional IP’s later?
Yes, we try to understand your business and set-up an affordable solution from the beginning. This way, we can save both time and effort. So if you find out that your company is growing quicker than expected, it’s always possible to add new IP’s. The add on IPs are sold out in packs of 25 as a minimum.
How do I add new IPs to my server via cPanel?

How quickly can I get started?
How quickly we can set-up your account depend on your requirements, how many unique C-nets and IPs you require and if you are going with a VPS or Dedicated Server.
Are the IPs shared or dedicated?
Your IPs will be dedicated to you

Is backup included?
On VPS backup is included but on dedicated server it is an add on feature

Can I add additional space later?
Yes, it’s possible to add extra space asd you need it.
Do you offer shared hosting for SEO Hosting purposes?
No we do not offer shared hosting for SEO Hosting purposes as the environment is not suitable for this.
Generally most of our customers want to host a lot of sites on their servers, and those sites
are very important to them and to their clients. So instead of having
shared hosting where you have thousands of sites per customer, we provide VPS or
Dedicated Servers for three reasons: 1) performance, 2) security 3) full control
for our customers to install and configure the server as they wish, with every
kind of setup.
Are your servers managed?
No, none of our servers are managed so you must secure your server yourself.
Which platform do you use for virtural server managemnent?

Can I change the Nameservers?

Do you offer SSH access as well?
Yes you will have full SSH access to your server
Can I change the PTR/RDNS?
Yes, but we must do this for you, just contact support for help with this.
Can I change the DNS?
Yes, you can do this through your domain registar.
Can I change the WHOIS records on my IPs?
No it is not possible to change the WHOIS info on your IPs
Do you have a demo for cPanel?

Does SEO Hosting offer SEO services?
No, we solely focus on SEO hosting
Which operating systems can I choose from?
Most of our SEO hosting customers want Linux servers, but we can also offer Windows servers if you rather have that for an extra cost. With Windows based OS cPanel is not included, you will have remote desktop access.
What are the prices for Window OS?
Windows 2008 Web Edition 64 Bit OS (£11/ month)

How long does it take to set-up SEO Hosting?
This varies depending on how many c-class IPs you have chosen, if you chose a Dedicated server or a VPS,how many countries, and when you submit your query.
Typically, you can expect to have a VPS to be set-up within 1-3 business days after your order and a Dedicated Server can take from 1-3 weeks if we do not have the server in stock, if it is in stock then 1-5 business days.
Is there any limitation with your SMTP service?
We have no limitation but if you want to send spam
then you will get blacklisted. But we have no limitation on how many emails you can
send.
Can I register a domain name with you?
Unfortunately, SEO Hosting cannot provide domain names but we can recommend our partner company, Crystone.com or Crystone.se
How do I resolve the Brute Force Attack in cPanel?
There is a function in cPanel called cPhulk that will prevent the account from being hacked by brute force (trying different passwords). This function will disable an account for some
time if you type the wrong password too many times. This can be disabled and you don’t have to worry about locking your self out. This also means a less secure server and
you have to choose what is most important to you.

What is the best database to check the IP’s in?
If you wish to check your IP’s please use the RIPE
database, http://apps.db.ripe.net/search/query.html,
some of the other do not update their databases regularly.
